1. We are a Christchurch, New Zealand based internet services business, providing high quality shared website hosting, website and graphic design, and website content management services.
2. We are proud to be 100% New Zealand owned and are focused on providing absolute customer satisfaction and totally reliable web hosting packages.
3. We are constantly looking toward improving our customer satisfaction - our customers are based all over the world and enjoy our unique customer service.
4. We are always actively seeking innovative ways to maintain the high levels of service we demand of ourselves.
5. We are a registered New Zealand business, with trademarks in NZ and other overseas countries. We are GST registered and pay our due taxes! We are therefore not a fly-by-night .com company.
6. We exist in real life, not just online.

Why Do We Exist?

We want to make web technology available to everyone who wants to make use of it – whether novice or expert. Over our years of experience in the hosting industry, we have listened to what our clients want – how we can make their website work better for them.

We’ve even developed a repertoire of software applications (hugely popular with our client base) as a result of feedback and experience. What people wanted just didn’t exist – so we made it.

At Jethost, we feel that we need to be socially responsible for the world we share. We actively support the work of TEAR Fund and have established a relationship with TEAR Fund NZ to support their micro-enterprise programme, as well as child sponsorships.

What’s The Bigger Picture?

Since web based businesses are more often than not 'faceless' businesses - we think it’s helpful to let you know that there are real people working behind the scenes all the time here at Jethost. We are a company run by 9 people (and growing!), covering admin, technical support, research and sales.

Jethost is actually a division of our parent company SAFI Technologies Ltd - while we are very much our own entity, we also have the luxury of having resources available to us from 'Dad'.
