At Jethost we believe that payments should not be a concern or inconvenience for you.
Payment can be made by credit card, direct credit, or cheque – please specify your preferred method of payment during sign-up and you will be provided with all relevant information. All credit card transactions are performed using the most secure 128 bit SSL methods available, to ensure your protection, further to this we are also PCI Compliant in our credit card processing. Payments by direct credit or cheque must be successfully received before any services will be activated.
Our refund policy is simple. If you are not happy with the service or find our products to be unsatisfactory, then please send an email to accounts@jethost.net.nz and we will discuss any issues with you, and offer a refund where appropriate. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company Management.
