If you need assistance swiftly, we’re here to help. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Support – Business Hours
We recommend email as our number one support option – simply email us at support@jethost.net.nz (or use the quick contact form on the left). We guarantee a rapid response – at least within the hour.
Telephone assistance is also available during office hours - call us on (03) 960 2371 if you wish to speak to a helpdesk team member.
We also have a live online chat facility if this is more convenient for you – just click on the Online Chat link to the left to chat online with one of our team.
Support – After Hours
Immediate telephone support after hours is also available, although at a charge of $25 per hour. Please call (03) 960 2371 to be put through to a helpdesk technician.
Please check our online status first – if a helpdesk team member is online (as we frequently are) after hours, we’re more than happy to help at no cost. Email support is also usually available after hours (but not guaranteed).
